Retired ministers may choose to attend the fall retreat or the spring adult retreat for half-price using the code "HALF"!

Thursday:

4:00-8:00pm – Registration (Lobby) (NOTE: per the lodge, check-in time is 4pm)

6:30-7:30pm – Pizza (Lobby)

8:00pm – Worship (Egret/Tern)

 

Friday:

9:30am – Brunch (Eagle)

11:00am – Checkout (if leaving Friday)

Free Time

  optional 11am pickleball with Joe and Beth Heath, no experience necessary

  optional 4pm board/card games, bring a game to share or join a euchre tournament

6:00pm – Dinner (Eagle)

7:30pm – Worship (Egret/Tern)

9:00pm – Bonfire/Smores (Firepit West Marina)

 

Saturday:

8:30am – Worship (Egret/Tern)

9:30am – Brunch (Eagle)

11:00am – Checkout

 

MENUS

Thursday Pizza: assorted pizza, iced tea, lemonade, water

The following meals will be served buffet style and include gluten free options.

Friday Brunch: assorted muffins, fresh fruit display, scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, bacon, sausage link, buttermilk pancakes, made-to-order omelet station, assorted juices, coffees and hot teas

Friday Dinner:  salad, three cheese pasta salad, grilled strip steak with sauteed onions and mushrooms, lemon thyme roasted chicken, oven roasted red skin potatoes, green beans with red peppers, zucchini and squash medley, assorted pies and chocolate cake, assorted rolls with butter, coffees, hot and iced teas

Saturday Brunch: assorted muffins, fresh fruit display, scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, bacon, ham, French toast, made-to-order omelet station, assorted juices, coffees and hot teas

 

DRESS

Casual (jeans are appropriate); don’t forget to plan appropriately for activities such as golf, swimming, hiking, and shopping.

 

LOCATION and ACTIVITIES

Maumee Bay Lodge & Conference Center is within walking distance of countless outdoor activities such as hiking trails, birding trails, bike rentals, tennis and pickle ball courts, 18-hole Scottish links golf course with full service practice facility, and charter fishing. Indoor activities include swimming, racquetball courts and a game room.
